4D Visualizer in Thrissur

As a 4D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating dynamic visual representations of construction projects that integrate the element of time. Utilizing advanced software and techniques, you will bring architectural designs to life in a way that demonstrates how they will evolve over time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop 4D visualizations of construction projects by integrating 3D architectural models with time-based scheduling data. Showcasing the progression of construction activities over time, including sequencing, phasing, and logistics.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and construction teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Collaborate on the development of accurate and realistic visualizations that align with project objectives.
• Utilize industry-standard software tools such as Synchro, Revit, 3dsMax, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar 4D simulation software to create and manipulate project visualizations. Stay updated on the latest advancements in 4D visualization technology.
• Develop visually compelling presentations and animations that effectively communicate project timelines, construction sequences, and logistical plans to stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
• Integrate scheduling and planning data from project management software (such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) into 4D visualizations. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data throughout the visualization process.
• Review and validate 4D visualizations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements. Make necessary adjustments and refinements as needed.
• Provide training and support to project teams on the use of 4D visualization tools and techniques. Offer guidance and assistance in interpreting and analyzing 4D visualizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in 4D visualization for construction projects, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas visually.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts and workflows is a plus.

• Proficient in 3D Modeling, Animation, and Video Editing.
• Extensive experience with software tools such as Synchro, Revit, 3dsMax, Twinmotion, and Blender.
