We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team in Thrissur and Calicut. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare products and services to potential customers in the assigned districts. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers within the assigned districts to generate leads and create new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Present and demonstrate our healthcare products and services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their specific demands.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing structures.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to close sales deals.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and leads, promptly addressing any customer concerns or issues.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively position our solutions in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Science or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry, is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of medical equipment, biomedical technology, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned districts.

Additional Information:

  • Age: 23-30
  • Salary: Rs 15,000-18,000 per month, along with allowances, incentives, and other benefits.
  • This position is open to experienced candidates only.
  • Only candidates residing in Trissur and Calicut districts will be considered.
