Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads generated by the sales team to convert them into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Understand customer needs and provide prompt and effective solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records and documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancement
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
- Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software or customer database systems (preferred but not mandatory)
