Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with leads generated by the sales team to convert them into customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide prompt and effective solutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • Upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records and documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancement
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
  • Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software or customer database systems (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales roles (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 per month
