Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences
- Perform market and ethnographic research to gather insights on industry trends and user behaviors
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to identify and evaluate research topics
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and card sorting
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations
- Mentor and coach junior UX researchers on the team, providing guidance and support in research activities
- Perform usability studies with consumers to evaluate product experiences and gather feedback for improvement
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various research methods to generate actionable insights
- Utilize a diverse set of UX research tools to facilitate data collection and analysis
- Stay updated with the latest UX research trends, tools, and techniques
Requirements:
- Graduation in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality analyst role with exposure to UX research methodologies
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present research findings effectively to stakeholders
- Experience with usability testing, survey design, interviews, and data analysis
- Familiarity with UX research tools such as UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
