Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget
- Research and gather information on travel destinations, attractions, and local services
- Create customized travel packages and present them to clients
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, and other travel-related services for clients
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and payments from clients
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends and destinations
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel planning process
Requirements:
- Fresher or experience in the travel and tourism industry (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software
- Flexible and adaptable to changing client requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages (preferred but not mandatory)
