We are currently seeking a well-experienced and enthusiastic Store In Charge who can establish and maintain a strong customer rapport. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in two-wheeler spare parts. A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a spares in-charge is required for this position. We offer leave encashment and overtime pay benefits to eligible candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked with a wide range of two-wheeler spare parts to meet customer demands.
  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right spare parts for their needs.
  • Provide expert advice on spare parts, their compatibility, and suitable alternatives when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store layout, making it easy for customers to navigate and locate products.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point of sale (POS) system.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims promptly and professionally.
  • Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and promote sales.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a spares in-charge in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in two-wheeler spare parts is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and sales transactions.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Familiarity with different two-wheeler brands and their spare parts is preferred.
