Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Execution: Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content for different digital platforms, tailored to the target audience.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize content and websites for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with the audience to foster brand awareness and engagement.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing results.
- Analytics and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on digital marketing campaign performance, identifying trends and suggesting strategies for improvement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on different elements of campaigns to optimize performance and conversion rates.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience of 2-3 years in digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to drive campaigns to meet predefined KPIs.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
