As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, overseeing various online campaigns, optimizing user experience, and managing a team. Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy by analyzing economic indicators, monitoring customer needs, and studying market competition.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute various digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Marketing Effectiveness: Identify both short-term and long-range issues affecting marketing effectiveness and devise strategies to address them.
- Performance Measurement: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing outcomes against ROI and KPI goals.
- Insights and Optimization: Identify trends and insights from campaign performance data, optimizing spend and strategies based on these insights.
- Growth Strategies: Innovate and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing techniques.
- Experimentation and Testing: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to continually improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance the overall user experience.
- Customer Experience Evaluation: Utilize analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
- Conversion Optimization: Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points, optimizing user funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Team Management: Oversee the operational requirements of the digital marketing department, including scheduling and assignment of tasks.
- Team Development: Recruit, select, orient, and train digital marketing staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Performance Management: Maintain the digital marketing team’s job results through counseling, discipline, planning, monitoring, and appraisal.
- Employee Growth: Develop digital marketing staff through information sharing, educational opportunities, and experiential growth.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their needs, present strategies, and provide updates on campaigns

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of 3 4 years in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competition.
- Expertise in planning and executing various digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking to devise innovative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience enhancement.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
