We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Social Media Analyst to manage our social media efforts and optimize our online presence. As a Social Media Analyst, you will be responsible for posting content on various social channels, tracking and analyzing social media metrics, monitoring campaign performance, and providing insights to guide future social media strategies. Your ability to interpret data, monitor trends, and execute effective campaigns will play a key role in enhancing our brand’s social media presence.
Responsibilities:
- Content Posting: Publish engaging and relevant content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Metric Tracking: Ensure proper tracking, collection, and analysis of social media metrics, providing accurate and timely reporting of all social media efforts.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate daily social media results, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Audience Engagement: Build and foster communities and audiences specific to each social media platform, interacting and engaging with users.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze social media insights to derive actionable insights that inform and shape future social media campaigns.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor the social media activities of main competitors to gather insights, stay informed about industry trends, and identify competitive advantages.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ongoing social media campaigns to improve engagement, reach, and overall performance.
- Social Media Calendar: Prepare and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure cohesive social media strategies.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on social media performance, presenting findings, trends, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-5 years in social media management and analysis.
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative thinking to develop engaging and relevant social media content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads campaigns and social media advertising.
- Competitor analysis skills to stay informed about industry trends and strategies.
