Interior Designer in Calicut

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative and visually appealing interior spaces using your proficiency in 3D’s Max and V-Ray. Your expertise in 3D visualization and design will contribute to bringing creative concepts to life and enhancing our clients’ living and working environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design: Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand design requirements and develop creative interior concepts.
• 3D Visualization: Use 3D’s Max and V-Ray to create realistic and detailed 3D renderings of interior spaces, including layouts, furniture, fixtures, and lighting.
• Mood Boards: Develop mood boards, color palettes, and material selections to convey design ideas and create cohesive design narratives.
• Space Planning: Design functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts that optimize the use of available space while meeting the client’s needs.
• Material and Furniture Selection: Choose appropriate materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design concept and client preferences.
• Presentation: Present design concepts and visualizations to clients, explaining design choices and incorporating feedback.
• Detailing: Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with clients to ensure design concepts align with budget constraints while maintaining quality and aesthetics.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design plans are implemented accurately.
• Trends and Research: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to each project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in interior design, with proficiency in 3D’s Max and V-Ray.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and 3D visualizations.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Proficiency in using 3D’s Max for creating realistic 3D renderings.
• Experience with V-Ray for achieving high-quality and accurate renderings.
• Strong space planning skills to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of materials, furnishings, and design trends.
