We are seeking an experienced Dining Attendant to provide exceptional service to our patrons. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a waiter and a strong commitment to ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Stay will be provided, and male candidates with a positive attitude are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and assist in seating arrangements.
  • Provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring special requests are noted.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate delivery.
  • Set and arrange table settings before guests are seated.
  • Clear and clean tables between courses and after meals.
  • Serve meals and beverages to guests according to established standards.
  • Ensure dishes are presented attractively and accurately.
  • Promote specials, desserts, and beverages to guests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Suggest additional items that complement guests’ orders.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order delivery.
  • Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash and card transactions.
  • Engage with guests in a courteous and friendly manner, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including table setup and surroundings.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow dining attendants and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a waiter in a dining or restaurant setting.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
