This role involves managing marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, with a focus on online and new media platforms, social media, SEM/SEO, and brand awareness. The Digital Marketing Specialist should possess excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that encompass online and offline channels.
- Execute online marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media marketing, website management, SEM/SEO, and drip marketing.
- Develop and implement SEM and SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and online visibility.
- Manage various social media platforms and campaigns.
- Implement best practices for social media marketing, including content creation and engagement strategies.
- Utilize website analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Work on brand awareness initiatives to enhance the organization’s presence in the market.
- Create and promote compelling brand narratives across different channels.
- Develop creative marketing materials, content, and campaigns to engage and captivate the target audience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies for marketing purposes.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness and make improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including online and offline channels.

- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
