We are seeking an Assistant Service Engineer to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for attending service calls, identifying system issues, replacing components, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting the installation team.
Responsibilities:
Attend service calls from clients.
Identify problems or issues with the system if a complaint is registered by the client.
Replace system components if needed to resolve issues.
Analyze the entire system to ensure it functions properly.
Perform preventive maintenance to prevent system failures.
Replace batteries if they are found to be faulty (the replacement battery should be loaded).
Provide support to the installation team as needed.
Requirements:
B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
0-1 year of relevant experience.
