We are seeking a Telecaller to join our recruitment team. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential candidates, conducting initial screening, and providing them with information about job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Use various channels to source and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and match them with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.
  • Assist in the selection process, including conducting reference checks and background verification.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide feedback as needed.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with recruitment best practices and techniques are prioritized.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team.
