Asst. Project Engineer in Kochi & Bangalore

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Project Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in the electrical field, specifically in solar projects. The Assistant Project Engineer will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems. This is a project-based position, and the candidate should be willing to travel and be located on-site for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the hassle-free installation of solar PV systems.
• Act as a central point of contact for project-related activities.
• Supervise and ensure timely execution of solar installation projects.
• Conduct inspections of solar PV systems to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to optimize the performance of solar installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar PV systems.
• Willingness to travel and be located on-site for the duration of the solar projects.
• Oversee on-site activities and address any challenges that may arise during the installation.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during project execution.
• Implement safety protocols and guidelines for on-site activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech in Electrical).
• 0-3 years of experience in the electrical field, with a focus on solar projects.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems and their installation.
• Strong project coordination and management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and be located on-site.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-conscious and familiar with safety protocols
