We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join us as a Service Manager. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in managing service operations within the automotive industry, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service team, providing direction, guidance, and support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department.
  • Ensure efficient and timely completion of service tasks.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

  • Implement improvements based on performance analysis.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest service standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to service team members.
  • Keep the team updated on industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, providing updates on service processes and timelines.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Manage the service department’s budget effectively.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Service Manager in a car showroom.
  • Diploma or B Tech in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
