Service Technician in Thrissur

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Technician in the solar field. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar industry and hold a qualification in B.Tech or ITI. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing solar installations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair faults or issues with solar installations.
• Conduct inspections of solar panels, inverters, and associated components.
• Document and report any issues or recommendations for improvement.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding solar system operation.
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure that all service activities meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct quality checks after maintenance or repair work.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and work performed.
• Generate service reports and submit them to the relevant authorities.
• Interact with customers professionally, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Educate customers on best practices for solar system usage.
• Collaborate with the installation and project teams for seamless service delivery.
• Provide feedback on common issues to improve future installations.

Requirements:
