Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales capacity, with a preference for those with experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Understand client needs and tailor product or service offerings accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Devise and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.
