Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with the appropriate contacts within target organizations.
- Conduct face-to-face or phone meetings with potential customers/clients.
- Foster and develop strong relationships with customers/clients.
- Understand client needs and respond effectively.
- Develop customized quotes and proposals for clients.
- Ensure proposals align with company capabilities and client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers when necessary.
- Secure competitive yet profitable deals.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Monitor and report on the progress of deals in the pipeline.
- Take ownership of sales targets and work strategically to achieve them.
- Regularly assess progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analyze competitors in the IT/CCTV/Networking sector.
- Develop a business plan to increase sales and revenue based on market insights.
