Business Development Officer in Kottayam

As a Business Development Officer you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the FMCG sector. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to ensure our products reach a wide market. 

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen the company’s market presence in the FMCG sector.
• Conduct daily visits to 20-30 shops to ensure the availability and visibility of our products.
• Monitor and optimize product placement in stores to maximize visibility and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and retailers.
• Monitor sales trends and gather feedback from shop owners.
• Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on shop visits, sales performance, and market feedback.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in the FMCG sector.
• Candidates from Kottayam are given priority.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market dynamics and propose effective strategies.
