Site Engineer in Kochi

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Site Engineer with a focus on Highrise Construction. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in managing and overseeing highrise construction projects. The candidate must be male, possess excellent project management skills, and have a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in highrise construction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on the site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the project manager, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
• Monitor and manage construction budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve on-site challenges and ensure project success.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on the construction site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, with a focus on highrise construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry regulations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
• Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant tools.
