Team Member

We are currently seeking a skilled Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate should support an exceptional customer experience through the delivery of services. Team Member job duties include maintaining knowledge of products and services available, engaging with customers and motivating fellow team members with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized food preparation area.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Process cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Provide change and receipts to customers.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Keep the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms clean and well-maintained.
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Assist in routine equipment maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Support colleagues during busy periods.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training programs as required.
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
• Notify management of low stock levels.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Suggest additional items to customers to enhance their experience.
• Promote current promotions or specials.
