Business Unit Head in Calicut

The Business Unit Head will act as the de-facto head of the business unit, overseeing revenue maximization, new product growth, SKU placement enhancement, supply chain management, unit administrative operations, and people management. Reporting directly to the Zonal Business Head, the role involves managing teams across sales, supply chain, administration, operations, and systems. Immediate responsibilities include streamlining revenue models, optimizing development plans, and enhancing processes at the unit level.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through the actions of Growth Officers.
• Coach and mentor growth officers and sales associates for peak performance.
• Utilize data to identify gaps in the system and enhance revenue actualization.
• Analyze counter-level opportunities, lost sales, and potential sales to improve unit-level sales.
• Optimize order collection and supply routes for efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage people-level Business Continuity Planning (BCP) at the unit level.
• Oversee login and logout procedures, attendance, and etiquette adherence.
• Ensure the unit reflects the brand image.
• Oversee the administration/operations team to maintain order.
• Collaborate with central teams to ensure effective sales operations.
• Share regular reports and action plans with the Zonal Business Head and Sales Head.
• Monitor individual and product-level performance.
• Track initiatives, activities, and outcomes.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel (Preferred).
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Need 4+ years experience in relevant field (FMCG, Retail, and Food)
