Responsibilities:

Work with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Conceptualize and visualize ideas for motion graphic projects.
Create visually engaging motion graphics for various projects, including promotional videos, animations, and presentations.
Develop storyboards and animatics to outline the flow and timing of animations.
Incorporate visual elements (e.g., typography, images, colors) into animations.
Edit and enhance raw video footage to create a final product.
Add effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance the overall visual appeal.
Ensure that the final product aligns with the brand guidelines and project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, illustrators, and videographers.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.
Receive feedback from clients or team members and make necessary revisions.
Ensure that the final output meets quality standards and client expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphic design.
Continuously improve skills and explore new tools and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in motion graphic design software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro).
Strong understanding of animation principles.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and visually appealing designs.
Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing previous motion graphic design projects.
