As a Marketing Field Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting marketing managers and executives in developing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing company profits. Your responsibilities will include assisting in marketing plan development, executing campaigns, conducting research, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing managers to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives and target audience preferences.
- Contribute ideas and insights to marketing strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Implement marketing campaigns according to the established plan, ensuring timely execution of activities and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Conduct market research to gather insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze data collected from market research, surveys, and feedback to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Compile and organize data collected from various sources to create marketing reports and presentations.
- Create graphs, charts, and slides to visually represent key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and audience feedback.
- Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in marketing activities.
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
