Product Advisor – Telesales in Kochi

Responsibilities

• Understand customer need and handle their queries
• Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
• Generate leads and make calls to potential customers.
• Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
• Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
• Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
• Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products 
• Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive.

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred
• Working Hours:10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Fluency in regional language.
• Working on Sundays is essential.
• One day off per week(to be determined based on scheduling).
