With the agenda of building brand awareness, while increasing the profit margin, the role of an area sales manager involves being up-to-date with the latest sales trends. By hiring and motivating a well-balanced sales team, area sales managers train other area sales representatives to close deals and win clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the North Kerala market.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
