Academic Counselors

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Academic Counselors, who  possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record in academic counseling. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct academic counseling sessions for prospective students, providing information and guidance on educational programs.
• Assist candidates in choosing suitable courses based on their academic background, career goals, and interests.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the education sector and the specific fields of expertise (Coding, Stock Market, IELTS, Banking, PSC, OET, Digital Marketing, SSC).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students through effective communication channels.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting educational programs.
• Provide timely and accurate information about course details, admission procedures, and fee structures.
• Address inquiries from students and provide solutions to their concerns or challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update relevant databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall student experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and adaptability to changes in the education industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Ed-tech Sales/Telesales/Business Development process.
• Knowledge and expertise in one or more of the preferred areas: Coding, Stock Market, IELTS, Banking, PSC, OET, Digital Marketing, SSC.
• Fluent in Malayalam, both written and spoken.
• Possess an android mobile phone.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
