Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and equity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand positioning.
  • Define and communicate the brand’s positioning, values, and unique selling propositions.
  • Develop compelling messaging and creative content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital content.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and sponsors.
  • Leverage collaborations to create mutually beneficial marketing opportunities.
  • Oversee the company’s social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in branding across the organization.
  • Educate and enforce brand guidelines internally and externally.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Track expenses, analyze variances, and make data-driven recommendations for budget optimization.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in brand management, demonstrating success in developing and implementing brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign performance.
