We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The BDE / BDM will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Develop proposals and presentations to pitch products/services to clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- in business development.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
