Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the IT sector. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales, targeting clients in various industries. Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for this role. Responsibilities of Business Development Manager (BDM)

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into revenue-generating clients.
    • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

  4. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications for BDM in Kochi

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT sales and B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients as required.
