Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive prospecting research to identify and qualify potential clients within assigned territory.
- Develop and execute targeted cold calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Craft compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the benefits of our services and spark client interest.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to build relationships, understand their needs, and present customized solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team, Creative team, and Account
- Managers to gain a deep understanding of our services and offerings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to different client segments.
- Track and analyse sales data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour throughout all client interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in BDM, B2B Sales preferably within the digital marketing, advertising, media agency or IT field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the confidence to effectively pitch and close deals.
- An eagerness to learn and a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to
- Prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- A background in cold calling is a strong plus.
- Must be fluent in English & Malayalam.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
