Civil Engineers in Calicut

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate 2D working drawings using AutoCAD and providing estimations for construction projects. Your expertise in design, drafting, and estimation will contribute to the successful execution of various civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• 2D Working Drawings: Create detailed 2D working drawings using AutoCAD for construction projects, including architectural plans, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Estimation: Provide accurate estimations for construction projects, considering material costs, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
• Design and Drafting: Assist in the design and drafting of civil engineering plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Site Inspections: Conduct site visits to gather relevant information and assess project requirements for accurate drawings and estimations.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of design and construction processes.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of drawings, calculations, and estimations for reference and future use.
• Quality Control: Review and verify drawings and estimations for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design, drafting, and estimation.
