Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and product-related queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and patience, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and provide assistance to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for timely resolution.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints for future reference and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist in updating product information and FAQs to enhance customer support efficiency.
  • Strive to meet and exceed customer service targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The candidate must be able to communicate in both English and Hindi. 
  • Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with customer concerns and feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer queries and issues effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support software and tools.
  • Previous experience in customer care or a related role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements.
