Customer Relationship Executive in Trivandrum

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused female individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and prior experience as a telecaller in the restaurant or bakery sector.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the establishment.
• Create a positive first impression and make customers feel welcome and valued.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products or services, and offer assistance as needed.
• Communicate fluently and effectively in the designated language(s).
• Listen attentively to customer inquiries and respond with clarity and courtesy.
• Be proactive in engaging with customers and anticipating their needs.
• Offer recommendations or suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure that each customer leaves with a positive impression of their experience.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service at all times.

• Working hours will be 11 AM – 11 PM
