Responsibilities:

  • Develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that encompass online and offline channels.
  • Execute online marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media marketing, website management, SEM/SEO, and drip marketing.
  • Develop and implement SEM and SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and online visibility.
  • Manage various social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Implement best practices for social media marketing, including content creation and engagement strategies.
  • Utilize website analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Work on brand awareness initiatives to enhance the organization’s presence in the market.
  • Create and promote compelling brand narratives across different channels.
  • Develop creative marketing materials, content, and campaigns to engage and captivate the target audience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies for marketing purposes.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness and make improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including online and offline channels.
