We are seeking an experienced Dining Attendant to provide exceptional service to our patrons. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a waiter and a strong commitment to ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Stay will be provided, and male candidates with a positive attitude are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and assist in seating arrangements.
 - Provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
 - Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring special requests are noted.
 - Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate delivery.
 - Set and arrange table settings before guests are seated.
 - Clear and clean tables between courses and after meals.
 - Serve meals and beverages to guests according to established standards.
 - Ensure dishes are presented attractively and accurately.
 - Promote specials, desserts, and beverages to guests to enhance their dining experience.
 - Suggest additional items that complement guests’ orders.
 - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order delivery.
 - Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash and card transactions.
 - Engage with guests in a courteous and friendly manner, addressing their needs and inquiries.
 - Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including table setup and surroundings.
 - Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
 - Collaborate with fellow dining attendants and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
 
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a waiter in a dining or restaurant setting.
 - Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 - Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
 - Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
 - Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
 - Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction.
 - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
