Documentation Staff in Thrissur

The Documentation Staff at our software development company plays a crucial role in 

creating, maintaining, and improving documentation for our products and services. This role 

requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to 

collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and user-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update user manuals, technical documentation, and online help resources for software products.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to 

gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.

• Develop training materials, tutorials, and guides to assist users in understanding and 

effectively utilizing our software products.

• Work closely with training teams to ensure alignment between documentation and 

training programs.

• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and support teams to gather information and ensure alignment between documentation and product features.
• Adhere to established documentation standards and style guides to maintain consistency across all materials.
• Work closely with customer support teams to understand user issues, gather feedback, and update documentation to address common user queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Writing, Communications, Computer 
• Science) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation for software products.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and the ability to communicate 
• technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
