We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources management within our company. From recruitment to performance management, compliance, and employee development, the HR Manager will take ownership of HR matters and ensure that our organization’s workforce is effectively managed and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in HR management and possess in-depth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Performance Management:
  • Lead the Performance Appraisal process, ensuring timely and effective feedback to employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and objectives.
  • Oversee wage reviews, salary adjustments, and benefits administration to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Address and redress employee grievances, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations in compliance with regulations.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are legally sound.
  • Review policies and processes for compliance with employment laws.
  • Implement the organization’s talent and human resources strategy to support business growth.
  • Identify training needs and create learning and development programs.
  • Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with division managers to determine staffing needs and qualifications for open positions.
  • Manage HR records and ensure proper documentation of employee information.
  • Monitor employee time sheets and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies.
  • Design and implement orientation and training programs to equip employees for their roles.
  • Contribute to boosting team morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in other senior HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing HR operations.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
