We are looking for a motivated individual with a degree in Travel and Tourism and at least 6 months of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote travel packages and services.
- Respond to inquiries, provide information, and assist in resolving customer issues.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during customer interactions.
- Assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements.
- Provide information on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel-related services.
- Address customer queries and concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform general office tasks such as managing emails, data entry, and filing.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in preparing and updating travel packages and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on tele-calling activities and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination in service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to understand current promotions and offerings.
- Ensure that all customer interactions align with quality standards and company policies.
- Seek continuous improvement in customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Travel and Tourism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Proficient in basic office software applications.
