Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and development teams to facilitate project

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate regular reports on project status, resource utilization, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and project
- details.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements.
- Work closely with teams to implement streamlined operational procedures.
- Continuously assess and refine workflows for optimal efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments, fostering effective
- communication.
- Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project updates and
- address any challenges.
- Ensure information flows seamlessly between teams and individuals
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations coordination, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
