We are seeking an experienced and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various indoor and outdoor programs. The ideal candidate, around 28 years of age and male, should have a strong background in program management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure the smooth execution of events and activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan and design both indoor and outdoor programs. Develop comprehensive program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate logistical aspects of programs, including venue selection, transportation, equipment, catering, and other essential resources.
  • Event Execution: Oversee the execution of indoor and outdoor programs, ensuring that activities run smoothly, timelines are adhered to, and participants’ needs are met.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with program staff, volunteers, and vendors to assign tasks, provide instructions, and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, including participants, sponsors, and partners. Provide clear information and updates regarding program details.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges and issues that may arise during program implementation, making quick decisions to ensure the successful continuation of activities.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed during both indoor and outdoor programs to guarantee the well-being of participants.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of program details, participant information, and feedback. Generate reports summarizing program outcomes and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Participant Engagement: Create engaging experiences for participants by coordinating interactive activities, workshops, and entertainment.
  • Budget Management: Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and ensure that costs are within allocated limits.
  • Evaluation: Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders after each program to assess its effectiveness and gather insights for future improvements.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program management to enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program coordination, event planning, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple aspects of programs simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams and ensure collaboration.
