We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist, preferably with a background in the hospitality industry, to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for front desk administration, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a pleasant and professional image while in the office. This position is open to female candidates only.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and the general public with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests, if applicable.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Well-groomed appearance with a focus on maintaining a professional image.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, such as phones, computers, and printers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email clients).
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus, but not required.
