We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is willing to maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and maintain high levels of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Train staff in customer service standards.
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Recruit, train, and schedule staff.
Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
Motivate and lead a diverse team to achieve common goals.
Handle employee relations and address any conflicts.
Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue.
Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis.
Set and achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and events.
Stay updated on industry trends and local competition.
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Monitor adherence to recipes and portion control.
Implement and maintain quality assurance standards.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Stay informed about changes in licensing and health codes.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in restaurant management.
