Senior Evaluator in Kerala

We are currently seeking experienced Senior Evaluators to join our team in various locations. The Senior Evaluator will play a crucial role in assessing used cars and providing accurate evaluations based on their condition and market value. Candidates with prior experience in the automobile industry, particularly in evaluating used cars, are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of used cars to assess their condition, mileage, features, and overall market value.
• Inspect various components of the vehicle, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electronics.
• Document any defects, damages, or mechanical issues observed during the evaluation process.
• Stay updated on current market trends, pricing dynamics, and demand for different makes and models of used cars.
• Analyze sales data and market reports to determine the fair market value of vehicles based on factors such as age, mileage, and condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Provide detailed explanations of evaluation findings and recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Prepare accurate and detailed evaluation reports, including photographs and descriptions of the vehicles assessed.
• Maintain organized records of evaluation findings, customer interactions, and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with sales team members and management to ensure seamless coordination in the evaluation and sales process.
• Provide feedback and insights to colleagues to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the automobile industry, with a focus on evaluating used cars.
• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics, including engine performance, electrical systems, and bodywork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately assess the condition of vehicles.
• Familiarity with market valuation tools and databases.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
