We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and analyzing performance metrics. Your expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital trends will drive our brand’s online presence and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with our brand goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
  • Community Management: Foster and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and facilitating discussions to build strong relationships with our audience.
  • SEO Management: Optimize social media profiles and posts for search engines, ensuring visibility and reach to a wider audience.
  • Social Media Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools and metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Digital Copyright Management: Ensure compliance with digital copyright laws and regulations when using third-party content.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms to implement innovative strategies.
  • Crisis Management: Possess the ability to manage and mitigate potential social media crises by responding swiftly and effectively to address issues.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to align content with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Influencer Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with relevant social media influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to develop creative and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and techniques for social media content.
  • Knowledge of digital copyright laws and regulations.
  • Crisis management skills and the ability to handle negative feedback and issues diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in using graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns.
