Team Lead in Mangalore

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent

communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving team performance.Candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi, and Kannada/Tulu, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
• Delegate tasks to team members based on their skills and workload, and provide necessary guidance and support.
• Monitor team performance and productivity, and address any issues or concerns as they arise.
• Prepare regular reports on team metrics and performance for management review.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by actively engaging with team members.
• Solicit feedback from team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Encourage creativity, innovation, and risk-taking among team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open lines of communication and addressing any client concerns or feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand client requirements and expectations, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement team building activities to foster camaraderie and morale within the team.
• Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance team members’ skills and knowledge.
• Handle petty cash and other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent practical knowledge of performance metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
• Proficiency in PC applications, particularly MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi and Kannada/Tulu.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
