Travel Consultant

Future Leap Holidays is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and customized travel solutions to our clients. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling complex travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, and ground transportation. You will also be responsible for creating and managing customized travel itineraries for individual and corporate clients, while maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized travel solutions and excellent customer service to clients
• Create and manage customized travel itineraries for individual and corporate clients
• Handle complex travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, and ground transportation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and travel regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Provide support to clients during their travels, including resolving issues and providing travel advice
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners
• Continuously work towards achieving sales targets and company objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in travel and tourism or related field
• 1 year of experience in travel packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to handle complex travel arrangements and create customized travel itineraries
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Sales-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required
