Votator Operator in Kozhikode

We are seeking a skilled Votator Operator to join our Bakery Fats Plant team. As a Votator Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain the votator equipment used in the production of bakery fats and related products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Operate votator equipment to process bakery fats and related products.
• Monitor and control the votator process parameters to achieve the desired product quality.
• Conduct regular quality checks on the processed products to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Make adjustments to the process as needed to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the votator equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for more extensive repairs.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety checks and inspections of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of production, process parameters, quality control data, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports on plant operations and performance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Relevant technical or vocational training is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in operating and maintaining votator equipment in a bakery fats plant or similar industrial setting.
• Understanding of votator processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with bakery fats production is preferred.
