We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our Home Automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing our business by arranging meetings with customers and clients, demonstrating our products, providing estimates, and finalizing projects. The Sales Executive will play a key role in client relations, business relationship management, sales, customer service, and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings to demonstrate home automation products to potential clients.
  • Provide detailed estimates and quotations for home automation projects.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and nurture business relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for creating presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong client relations and sales skills.
  • Proven experience in business relationship management.
  • Willingness to work in the field and meet with clients to close deals.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or home automation industry.
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and customers.
